نقوم بخفق كريمة الشانتيه مع الحليب البارد حتى نحصل على قوام كريمي متماسك.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and continue mixing until fully combined

نضيف الحليب المكثف المحلى إلى الكريمة ونستمر في الخفق حتى تتجانس المكونات.

Break the cookies into small pieces and fold them gently into the cream mixture.

نقوم بتكسير الكوكيز إلى قطع صغيرة ونضيفها إلى خليط الكريمة ونقلب بلطف.

Pour the mixture into a cake mold or any freezer-safe container.

Dissolve the vegetable stock cubes in 3 cups of water with a pinch of black pepper, then add the mixture to the pot.

نذيب مكعبي مرق الخضار في ثلاثة أكواب ماء مع رشة فلفل أسود، ثم نضيف المزيج إلى القدر

Add the milk and stir until well combined.

Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Gradually add cold water to form a cohesive dough.

Wrap the dough in parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour.
