- 2CupPowdered sugar
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vanilla ice cream
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Apricot jam
- 1PacketReady-made tart dough

Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.

Roll out the ready-made tart dough on the paper.

Cut the dough into a circular shape.

Peel and thinly slice the red apples.

Mix the apple slices with the sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, melted butter, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Arrange the apple slices in a circular pattern on the dough, leaving about 1.5 cm of space around the edges.

Fold the edges of the dough inward to create a raised crust.

(Optional) Shape leftover dough into small flowers and decorate the edges.

Beat an egg with a teaspoon of vanilla

Brush the edges of the tart with the beaten egg and then sprinkle the sugar on the edges.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 35–45 minutes until golden.

Immediately after baking, brush the apples with apricot jam for shine
