Steps

    Place the garlic, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and rosemary on a baking sheet

    Pour olive oil over them, then place them in a hot oven until the vegetables are roasted.

    After the vegetables come out of the oven, place them in a food processor with mustard, honey, cream cheese, salt, and pepper

    Grind the ingredients until you get a smooth texture.

    Return the mixture to the same baking tray used for roasting, add chopped green onions and corn, and mix well.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta until al dente.

    Add the cooked pasta to the vegetable mixture and stir until fully coated.
