Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Gradually add warm water to the dry ingredients and start kneading.

While kneading, add olive oil and continue kneading for 15 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and cohesive.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

After the dough has risen, divide it into small balls.

Place the dough balls in a baking tray greased with olive oil and brush the tops with olive oil.

Let the dough balls rest for about 30 minutes.

Grease the mold for the flatbreads with olive oil, then roll the dough out into the mold as shown in the video.

Flip the dough onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown and fully baked.
