- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise

Slice the chicken breasts thinly.

Season the chicken with chili pepper molasses, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, salt, ground ginger, cumin, paprika, white pepper, dried coriander, and half a lemon.

Mix all ingredients well.

Let the chicken marinate for 2 to 4 hours.

To prepare the sauce: Roast the tomato molasses in vegetable oil with salt, white pepper, paprika, dried coriander, and ground cardamom.
