Ingredients
- 500Grams (g) Ground meat
- 3Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1PinchSalt
- 4CupFlour
- 2CupOil
- 1Cupwater
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Coriander

Prepare the Dough: In a deep bowl, mix the flour with salt and oil.

Gradually add water while kneading until you get a smooth and elastic dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, combine the minced meat with chopped onions and spices (cumin, black pepper, and salt).

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Shape the Mantu: Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin.

Place portions of the filling on the dough as shown in the method.

Close the dough and shape it as shown in the video, then cut the dough into equal pieces after adding the filling.

Lightly grease a steamer tray with ghee to prevent sticking.

Arrange the mantu pieces in the steamer, leaving space between them.

Place the steamer over a pot of boiling water and steam for 30 minutes until fully cooked.

Sprinkle some cumin and ground coriander over the mantu before serving.

Serve hot with a side sauce of your choice.
