  • 1Kilograms (kg)Sheep intestines

  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 3Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 3Psc.Onion
  • 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 250Grams (g) Tail fat

Steps

    Cut the parts of the meat as shown in the video, then boil the spleen briefly before cutting it to remove the strong odor.

    Chop the fat, onion, and pepper, then place all the ingredients in a bowl.

    Add salt, black pepper, turmeric, and ghee to the mixture.

    Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and add 3 cloves of garlic and 2 cups of water.

    Cover the dish and place it in the oven at 190°C (375°F) for 45 minutes

    After that, remove the foil and leave it in the oven for 10 minutes.
