Steps

Prepare your vegetables the night before, especially your favorites.

In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, green bell pepper, olives, and cheese.

Add the eggs, tomato paste, milk, salt, black pepper, and a little water to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients well until combined.

Pour the mixture into ceramic molds.

Place in the air fryer at 160°C for 20 minutes.
