Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Taboon Bread
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pine Nuts

Steps

    We cut the onions as shown in the video.

    We place the chicken in a tray with the onions.

    We add sumac, then add salt and black pepper.

    We place the chicken in the oven at 200°C with top and bottom heat for an hour or less.

    We place the taboon bread in a tray with olive oil and onions.

    We toast the taboon bread in the oven for 5 minutes.

    We add the onion and olive oil mixture to the taboon bread.

    Add the chicken on top of the bread

    Add pine nuts for garnish
