- 100Grams (g) Butter

- 1CupMilk
- 1PinchSesame
- 1CupGrated cheddar
- 1CupMinced parsley
- 1CupChopped dill

Mix the flour with yogurt or sour cream, vegetable oil, yeast, baking powder, sugar, and salt, then knead until you get a smooth and cohesive dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size.

After rising, divide the dough into equal portions, fill each one with shredded cheese, then shape them into balls and seal well.

Arrange the balls in a baking tray lined with parchment paper or greased with oil or butter, cover again, and let them rise a second time until they double in size.

Meanwhile, prepare the garlic butter mixture by melting the butter and mixing it with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.

Once the dough balls have risen, brush the tops with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, then sprinkle sesame seeds or any preferred seeds on top.
