  • 2CupRoasted walnuts

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried mint

  • 1CupPomegranate molasses

Steps

    Place the lettuce in a serving bowl.

    Add the shredded red cabbage and thinly sliced onion.

    Add the orange cut into cubes and the pomelo (or jumli).

    Add the walnuts roasted in olive oil and some pomegranate seeds.

    In a small bowl, add two tablespoons of olive oil.

    Add the lemon juice and the small orange juice.

    Add salt to taste, then dried mint and thyme.

    Add one teaspoon of pomegranate molasses and one teaspoon of honey.

    Stir the dressing ingredients well until fully combined.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until all ingredients are coated.
