In a bowl, put the semolina, sugar, bicarbonate of soda and powdered milk and mix well

Add the cold syrup and knead as described in the video

Add water and stir in a swirling motion until you get the consistency shown in the video

Grease a 30-centimeter pan with tahini, then place the harissa, roll it out and let it rest for the next day

The next day, sprinkle the harissa with a little water, then put the pistachios on it and put a little water on them so that they don't burn in the oven

Put the mush in the oven at 220 degrees from the bottom only for 20 minutes
