To prepare the dough, mix 1 and 1/3 cups of milk with about 3 cups of flour (depending on the type of flour), 1 tablespoon of dry yeast, 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 cup of oil.

Knead all the ingredients until the dough becomes smooth, then let it rest until it doubles in size.

After the dough has risen, roll it out on a flat surface, cut it into small pieces, and let it rest for another 15 minutes.

Prepare the brushing mixture by mixing a little instant coffee with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 cup of water.

Brush the surface of the dough and bake it in the oven until it is fully cooked and turns golden brown.

In the meantime, prepare the filling by heating the butter and olive oil in a pan. Then, add the diced chicken breast and stir until its color changes

Add chopped onion, bell peppers, a little soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese or sour cream

Add salt, black pepper, smoked or regular paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of cumin. Mix everything well.

Add the cheddar cheese and leave it until it melts

To assemble the sandwich, cut the bread in half, then add lettuce, some of the filling, followed by more cheese and your preferred sauce.
