  • 0.25Cupwater
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Wild thyme

  • 1Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper

Steps

    Peel and grate the potatoes, then rinse them in cold water until the water is clear and free of starch.

    Drain the potatoes thoroughly.

    Grate the halloumi cheese. In a bowl, combine the potatoes, cheese, flour, water, herbs, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.

    Spread the mixture in a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
