Ingredients

  • 0.5PacketSpaghetti
  • 0.25CupOlive oil
  • 4ClovesGarlic
  • 0.25BunchParsley
  • 100Grams (g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1PinchRed chili flakes
  • 0.5CupPasta cooking water

Steps

    Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

    While the pasta is boiling, heat the olive oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Thinly slice the garlic cloves.

  4. 4

    Add the garlic and chili flakes to the pan and sauté over low heat, making sure the garlic doesn’t brown.

    Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the garlic and oil.

    Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it on top of the pasta.

  7. 7

    Finely chop the parsley and mix it in.

  8. 8

    Gradually add ½ to 1 cup of the reserved pasta water and stir over very low heat for about 30 seconds.

    Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
