Tomato Soup

We cut the tomatoes in half.

We slice the onions and sweet red pepper.

We place the onions and pepper with the tomatoes on the baking tray.

We add the garlic cloves to the tray.

We add rosemary, thyme, and celery to the ingredients in the tray.

We add salt and olive oil, then mix well until the ingredients are combined.

We place the tray in the oven at a temperature between 200 and 220°C for 30 minutes.

After removing the tray from the oven, we blend the ingredients in a food processor.

We place the ingredients in a pot on the stove, adding cooking cream, black pepper, and butter.

We stir the ingredients and heat the soup without bringing it to a boil.
