Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients

- 1To TasteZucchini
- 1Psc.Carrot
- 1Psc.Broccoli
- 1ClovesMinced garlic
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5PinchGinger powder
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 2Cupwater
- 2PacketNoodles
- 1PinchSesame
Steps

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced zucchini and carrot to the pan and stir-fry for one minute without letting them wilt.

Add the broccoli and sliced cabbage to the pan and stir all the vegetables together.

Make some space in the center of the pan and add the minced garlic.

Add salt, black pepper, and ginger to the vegetables and garlic, then stir to combine the flavors.

Add the soy sauce to the pan and mix with the vegetables.

Add the cornstarch dissolved in cold water and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
