Steps

    We prepare the marinade by mixing the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, spices, and minced garlic in a bowl.

    We add the cleaned chicken thighs to the marinade, mix well, and let it soak for at least one hour.

    In an oven tray, we arrange the potatoes and onions, then place the marinated chicken pieces on top and pour over the remaining marinade.

    We cover the tray with parchment paper and aluminum foil.

    We place the tray in a preheated oven on the middle rack for 1 hour

    Uncover and broil it from the top for 10–15 minutes until nicely golden.
