  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vinegar

  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
  • 1PinchGinger powder
  • 1.5CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 1CupCold water

Steps

    Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and marinate with yogurt, water, vinegar, and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder). Leave for 2 hours or overnight.

    Coat chicken pieces in a mix of flour, cornstarch, and spices, dip quickly in cold water, then coat again in flour.
