Ingredients

  • 1CupFeta cheese
  • 1To TasteSyrian cheese
  • 1PinchBlack Seeds
  • 1Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 1CupYogurt

Steps

    In a bowl, mix two pieces of mozzarella and rub them as shown in the video.

    In another bowl, add milk, then dip two pieces of white toast in the milk. Place them on top of the mozzarella.

    Place a piece of feta cheese on top and mix them well.

    To prepare the second filling, cut the Syrian cheese into pieces, then immerse it in water and heat it until it boils. Remove it from the heat and strain it.

    Add a piece of mozzarella cheese and a little bit of black seed (habbat al-barakah), then mix them well.

    Place the fillings on puff pastry sheets or baklava sheets, then roll them up as shown in the video. Seal the edges with milk or yogurt.

    You can sprinkle black seed (habbat al-barakah) on top, then fry them in deep oil until they turn golden brown.
