    We place the minced garlic, green pepper, salt, coriander, and cumin in a deep glass bowl.

    We add vinegar, lemon juice, and the grated tomatoes, then mix everything well.

    We pour in a suitable amount of cold water.

    Chop the onion, tomato, and cucumber

    We add the diced tomatoes, cucumber, and onion to the bowl.

    Add the grated carrots, then sprinkle the dill, cilantro, and parsley and mix all the ingredients.

    Add ice cubes to keep it cool and fresh.
