Transfer Sheet Chocolate

Prepare the transfer paper with a sheep design suitable for Eid.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler until fully liquid.

Place the melted chocolate in a piping bag, then cut a very small opening to control the pouring.

Outline the sheep design on the transfer paper with chocolate, then fill in the empty spaces in the center.

Once the sheet is fully filled, tap the tray two or three times to even out the chocolate.

If you notice any part of the design needing more chocolate, add as needed.

Place the tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour until the chocolate sets completely.

Remove the chocolate from the fridge and carefully flip it onto a clean tray to separate it from the transfer sheet.

Prepare small packaging bags.

Place each piece of chocolate in a bag and seal it well.
