Chocolate Salami
Ingredients

- 350Grams (g) Biscuit

- 150Grams (g) Dark chocolate

We add the crushed biscuits to the chocolate mixture, then add the chopped pistachios.

We sprinkle a little more cocoa powder before serving for an elegant touch.

We serve the slices on a plate, and optionally top each one with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

We slice the salami into individual servings.

We dust the outside of the chocolate salami with cocoa powder to give it a realistic salami appearance.

After chilling, we remove the log from the fridge and unwrap it.

We roll the log tightly in the foil and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to firm up.

We chop 150 grams of dark chocolate into small pieces using a knife and cutting board, then place it in a bowl.

We sift in 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and whisk again until the mixture is thick and glossy.

Using a whisk, we stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture becomes smooth.
