Chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, and sweet corn and sauté them in vegetable oil with salt, spices, and chili pepper until they are tender.

(If adding chicken or meat, fry them first and then add the vegetables.)

Spread shredded cheese on the tortilla, then top with the prepared filling and a few black olives.

Close the bread and grill in the electric grill until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.

(Chapati or tandoori bread can be used as a substitute for the tortillas.)
