  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1Grams (g) Biscuit
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa powder

Steps

    Put 4 packets of powdered cream with 1 cup of cold milk in a glass bowl.

    Whip with an electric mixer until thick and creamy.

    Add the cream (Qishta) and mix well.

    Heat 1 cup of milk and add instant coffee and sugar.

    Dip the biscuits quickly in the coffee-milk mixture and arrange in a tray.

    Add a layer of cream over the biscuits and spread evenly.

    Repeat layers of biscuits and cream three times.

    Dust the top layer with cocoa powder.

    Refrigerate the cake for at least one hour.
