  • 1Grams (g) Cottage Cheese
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
  • 1CupJalapeño

Steps

    Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cut the red pepper (and green pepper, if available) and the head of garlic.

    Sprinkle the cut peppers and garlic with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.

    Place the tray in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes so that the vegetables roast and develop a smoky flavor.

    Remove the vegetables from the oven and transfer them to a plate, then cover them for 30 minutes to help loosen the skin, as shown.

    Place the roasted peppers and garlic with the cottage cheese in a food processor (or bowl), then add a pinch of salt and 1 full teaspoon of cumin; add jalapeño if desired.

    Blend or mix the ingredients until you obtain a smooth dip.
