Steps

Cut the vegetables (carrots, broccoli, zucchini) into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of sugar

Add the broccoli, carrots, and zucchini to the boiling water.

Stir the vegetables and let them boil slightly until partially cooked.

Drain the vegetables using a strainer.

Rinse the vegetables with cold water and add ice cubes to stop the cooking process.

Dry the vegetables well and place them in food storage bags.
