  • 1CupBrown Lentils
  • 1CupHummus
  • 1CupYogurt
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 2Cupwater
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Dried mint
  • 2CupOil

Steps

    Wash the lentils and boil them in a pot of water until fully cooked

    Break the spaghetti into small pieces.

    Boil the spaghetti in a pot with salted water until cooked.

    Drain the spaghetti and return it to the same pot.

    Add the boiled lentils and chickpeas to the spaghetti.

    Dissolve the cornstarch in the yogurt, thin it with water, then add it to the rest of the ingredients.

    Place the pot over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture starts to boil.

    Add the salt and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

    If the mixture becomes too thick, add a little water as needed.

    Fry the dried mint in oil in a small pan, then add it on top of the dish as garnish.
