Ingredients

- 2.25CupSugar
- 3CupMilk
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
- 2CupCoconut

We mix one cup of coarse semolina with one liter of water or milk and a quarter cup of sugar in a bowl. We place the mixture on the stove, stirring continuously until it thickens. Once it starts to boil, we add a tablespoon of rose water and food coloring as desired. Then, we pour the first layer into a dish and let it cool.

We repeat the same steps using another cup of coarse semolina with one liter of water or milk and a quarter cup of sugar. We place the mixture on the stove, stirring continuously until it thickens. Once it starts to boil, we add a tablespoon of rose water and another food coloring as desired. Then, we pour the second layer over the first layer and let it cool.

We continue to repeat the same steps to prepare the remaining layers, using another cup of coarse semolina with one liter of water or milk and a quarter cup of sugar. We place the mixture on the stove, stirring continuously until it thickens. Once it starts to boil, we add a tablespoon of rose water and food coloring as desired. Then, we pour this layer over the previous layer and let it cool.

After all the layers have cooled, we can decorate the top with coconut as desired. We cut the dessert into squares.
