- 600Grams (g) Chicken Gizzards
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mixed whole spices
- 1Psc.Ginger
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 2Psc.Garlic bulb
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder

Boil the chicken gizzards in water after cleaning them, then drain them well from the water.

In a pot over heat, we add oil, flavorings, and a piece of ginger.

We sauté the gizzards with the ingredients until they absorb the flavors.

We cover them with water, seal the pressure cooker, and cook for 50 minutes

After cooking, we remove any floating flavorings from the surface.

Cut the garlic into slices

In a skillet, saute the garlic with the pepper paste using the ghee.

We add the cooked gizzards to the pan and mix well

We season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

We cover the pan and allow the gizzards to brown slightly.

We add two ladles of broth to create a flavorful sauce
