In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and brown the beef shank until golden brown.

Add the onion, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, and black peppercorns. Let the spices release their aroma

Add water, 1 teaspoon salt, and a Maggi cube

Let the beef simmer until fully cooked.

For the okra: First, grill the green pepper, then cover it to make peeling easier

Chop the onion and garlic

In a pan, sauté the onion until soft, then add the garlic and sauté for a few more minutes.

Chop the grilled pepper into cubes and add it to the onion and garlic mixture, then stir and add the okra.

Next, add the tomato sauce along with all the spices and pomegranate molasses. Let it simmer for a few minutes

Add the beef to the mixture and let it simmer with the sauce for a moment

We add one and a half cups of meat broth

Let the casserole simmer for 5 minutes, then add the hot red pepper and lemon juice.
