Ingredients

- 2Grams (g) Instant yeast
- 2CupYogurt
- 6CupMilk powder
- 6CupSugar
- 6CupOil
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 2.5CupWarm water

Put the flour, yeast, yogurt, powdered milk, sugar, oil, and salt in the mixer

Gradually add lukewarm water and knead for 6 minutes until you get a firm dough.

Cover the dough and leave it in the oven to rise for one hour.

Shape the dough into circles and poke holes in them with a fork

Bake the dough halfway in an oven preheated to 200°C for 8 minutes from the bottom only.

Allow the dough to cool completely for 15 minutes, then sort it into airtight bags.

When ready to use, remove the pies from the freezer, add your favorite filling, and return them to the oven for a few minutes until they are fresh again.
