Ingredients

- 4Grams (g) Butter
- 2Teaspoons (tsp)Cinnamon
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 1PinchSalt
- 4CupSugar
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)White Vinegar
- 1CupMaple syrup
- 1CupWalnut
- 1CupBlueberry
- 1Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.

Add two teaspoons of white vinegar to a cup of milk, stir, and let it sit for five minutes to turn into buttermilk.

In another bowl, mix the egg with a teaspoon of vanilla and two tablespoons of butter or oil, then add the buttermilk.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.

To prepare the cinnamon mixture: Mix two tablespoons of cinnamon with two tablespoons of butter and sugar until a smooth mixture forms. It can be placed in a piping bag or poured directly onto the pancake while cooking

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in the pancake batter.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with honey or maple syrup and garnish with walnuts and berries.
