    We beat the eggs with vanilla and sugar in a bowl

    Add oil and milk to the mixture and mix well.

    Add flour, baking powder, and cocoa, and mix the ingredients well.

    Add the chocolate chips and mix them into the batter.

    Pour the batter into cupcake molds

    Add more chocolate chips on top of the batter before baking

    Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 175°C for 30-35 minutes.

    To prepare the frosting: We mix the cream with two tablespoons of cocoa, one tablespoon of sugar, vanilla, and one tablespoon of melted chocolate.

    Once the cupcakes have cooled, frost them with the cream.
