In a bowl, we add the eggs, vanilla, cream, and a little milk, mix well, and set aside.

We cut the toast slices into the shown shape (usually rectangles with the crust removed).

We keep the toast edges to use later for making breadcrumbs.

We place the edges of the toast pieces over each other as shown, and press them together firmly.

We mix sugar and cinnamon, and sprinkle it over the toast.

We roll the toast tightly, press the sides to seal, and place them in a baking tray.

We pour the cream mixture over the rolls and sprinkle a little sugar and cinnamon on top.

Enter the oven at 180 degrees on the center rack and bake until cooked and browned.

In a separate bowl, we mix sweetened condensed milk, cheese, and a bit of milk until a smooth sauce forms.
