Ingredients

  • 250Grams (g) Biscuit
  • 400CupChocolate
  • 4CupMilk
  • 0.5CupSugar
  • 4Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 2CupFlour
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 2PacketDream whip
  • 1CupMelted white Chocolate

Steps

    Crush 250g of Panda biscuits or any regular biscuits until fine.

    Melt 400 grams of plain chocolate with ¼ cup of milk in the microwave, then mix it with the biscuits and spread it as the first layer in the mold.

    In a saucepan on the stove, combine 3 cups of liquid milk with the sugar, starch, flour, and 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir until smooth.

    Continue stirring until the mixture thickens, then add one can of cream and stir well until you reach the consistency shown in the video

    Pour the mixture over the first layer and refrigerate until slightly chilled.

    For the frosting: Whisk two envelopes of DreamWhip with ½ cup of cold liquid milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until stiff peaks form.

    Spread the cream over the second layer as shown in the video

    Melt an appropriate amount of chocolate with a little liquid milk.

    Spread the melted chocolate over the cream, then garnish with panda biscuits and melted white chocolate.
