- 1Kilograms (kg)Minced beef
- 1Psc.Grated onion
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 0.25Cupwater
- 0.5PinchSeven spices
- 0.25To TasteBlack pepper

We boil the potatoes in the usual way and leave them until cooked

Mash the boiled potatoes in a mixer, then add rice flour, breadcrumbs, salt, and turmeric. Knead until a firm dough forms, then set aside.

In a pan over medium heat, melt the ghee and add the minced meat. Stir until it dries completely

Add the grated onion and minced garlic, mix well, then pour in the water and let it simmer

Season the filling with seven spices, salt, and black pepper. Add parsley, cilantro, or dill if desired, and optionally, raisins.

Shape the kibbeh, stuff it with the filling, and arrange it on trays. Freeze until firm.

Once frozen, transfer the kibbeh to airtight containers and store it in the freezer until ready to use.

Fry the kibbeh in hot oil or cook it in an air fryer until golden and crispy.
