Cream Caramel
Ingredients

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
- 3CupUnsweetened Chantilly Cream
- 2PacketCream caramel

We pour 1 liter of milk into a pot.

We add the can of cream to the milk.

We add 3 tablespoons of powdered whipping cream.

We add the 2 packets of crème caramel powder.

We whisk all the ingredients well until completely combined.

We place the pot over medium heat, stirring continuously for about 5 minutes until the milk becomes hot but without boiling.

We prepare the molds in advance, making sure they are clean and dry.

We open the caramel sauce sachets that come with the crème caramel packets and pour them into the bottom of the molds, spreading evenly.

We pour the hot crème caramel mixture gently into the molds.

We place the molds in the refrigerator and let them set for 45 to 60 minutes, or up to an hour for larger molds to ensure proper firmness.

Once fully set, we unmold the crème caramel onto a serving plate and serve chilled.
