Season the steak with salt and black pepper.

Heat a pan over high heat and add a little oil and butter.

Place the steak in the pan and sear it on both sides until it reaches the desired doneness.

Add Worcestershire sauce and let it simmer briefly, then turn off the heat.

Remove the steak from the pan, cover it, and let it rest for 3-4 minutes.

Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, olive oil, fresh basil, and a little of the steak juices.
