- 0.5Kilograms (kg)Minced Lamb Meat
- 1Psc.Chopped Onion
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
- 2CupYogurt
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 4Cupwater
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pine Nuts

Cut the zucchini into medium-thickness slices.

Fry the zucchini slices in oil until golden brown.

Sauté the minced meat in a pan with a tablespoon of ghee until it starts to cook.

Add the finely chopped onion to the meat and stir until it softens.

Season the mixture with salt and white pepper, then mix well.

Add the pine nuts (optional) and stir to blend the flavors.

Add the fried zucchini slices to the meat and onion mixture, then mix gently.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the cornstarch until fully dissolved.

Add the water to the yogurt and cornstarch mixture and stir well.

Place the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken slightly.
