Ingredients

- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
- 1CupLabani cream
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Wash 2 cups of hulled wheat thoroughly, then soak in water for 4 to 6 hours.

After soaking, rinse the wheat again thoroughly with fresh water.

Place the wheat in a pot with boiling water, add 1/2 cup sugar, and stir to combine.

Cover the pot and let the wheat boil over medium heat for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, turn off the heat while keeping the lid closed, and leave the wheat for another hour to absorb the water and swell until fully cooked.

Add 2 liters of milk to the wheat, then add the remaining 1/2 cup sugar and stir well.

In a small bowl, dissolve 3 tablespoons cornstarch in 1/4 cup milk, then gradually add it to the wheat and milk mixture while stirring

Add the cup of cream and stir until completely mixed.

Add the vanilla and mix well.

Test the consistency with a spatula to ensure it is thick and sticky, then turn off the heat.

Let the Ashura cool for 5 minutes, then pour it into serving bowls or cups.
