Snickers Date Bars
Ingredients

- 0.5CupSalted Peanut
- 3CupPeanut butter
- 1Grams (g) Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Chips
- 0.5Grams (g) Roasted Hazelnut
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Hazelnut cream

We bring the dates and remove the pits.

We place the dates between two sheets of parchment paper and flatten them with a rolling pin until we get a firm layer.

We add the salted peanuts on top of the date layer.

We spread the creamy peanut butter evenly over the surface.

We place the layer in the freezer for 30 minutes until it firms up.

We melt the Hershey’s milk chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave in short intervals.

We pour the melted chocolate over the date layer and smooth the surface.

We garnish the top with peanuts for extra crunch.

We return the layer to the freezer until the chocolate sets, then cut it into bars.

We repeat the same steps using crushed hazelnuts and hazelnut spread instead of peanuts, then decorate the top with crushed hazelnuts and place the pieces in a serving dish.
