Steps

    We place the chickpeas in a bowl after washing and drying them well.

    We add the olive oil and mix well until the chickpeas are coated with the spices and oil.

    We spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Place the tray in the oven on the middle rack at 200°C with the fan on.

    We bake the chickpeas for 30 minutes if we want them crispy, or 15 minutes if we want them soft, stirring once halfway through.
