Ingredients

- 3Teaspoons (tsp)Seafood Seasoning

Wash the cleaned fish thoroughly.

Pat the fish dry with kitchen towels, then make diagonal slits on both sides to allow the marinade to penetrate.

Finely chop the garlic and chili peppers in a food processor.

Add the lemon juice and oil to the mixture.

Add the seafood seasoning, black pepper, cumin, and salt to the marinade, and mix well.

Rub the marinade all over the fish, making sure it gets inside the slits and the cavity.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F), using both the top and bottom heat, for 10 minutes.

Place the fish in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size.

Halfway through baking, brush the top of the fish with a little oil.

Once cooked, remove the fish from the oven and squeeze extra lemon juice on top.

Pour the concentrated juices from the tray over the fish to boost the flavor.
