Cooking the Rice: Wash 200 grams of basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 10 minutes.

In a microwave-safe bowl, mix one small chopped onion with 2 minced garlic cloves and one tablespoon of olive oil, then heat in the microwave at 1000 watts for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

Add the drained rice along with one teaspoon of mixed spices, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of salt

Add half a cup of frozen green peas, then mix well.

Pour 500 ml of boiling water over the mixture, then cover the bowl with a microwave-safe lid

Select the rice cooking option from the sensor menu and start cooking. Stir the rice as needed and add more water gradually if necessary.

Preparing the Chicken Skewers: In a medium bowl, mix 500 grams of boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into cubes

Add one tablespoon of olive oil, juice of half a fresh lemon, 2 minced garlic cloves

Add one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional).

Let the chicken absorb the marinade well.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto 6-8 wooden skewers (soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes before use).

Cooking the Chicken Skewers: Arrange the skewers on the wire rack inside the oven.

Set the cooking time to 12-15 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken pieces.
