    Place bread cubes on a baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and drizzle with olive oil.

    Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 20–25 minutes until crispy.

    In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, basil, and drained onion.

    Add 2 tablespoons of capers.

    In a jar, mix 6 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, garlic, ½ tsp salt, and pepper.
