Ingredients

  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Dulce de Leche Sauce
  • 2Milliliters (mL)Melted butter
  • 2CupFlour
  • 1Psc.eggs
  • 1Psc.Yolk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupAlmonds
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Caramel sauce
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee

Steps

    In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp of dulce de leche sauce with 2 tbsp of melted butter. Mix well.

    In another bowl, whisk 1 whole egg, 1 egg yolk, and vanilla.

    Add the egg mixture to the dulce de leche and butter mixture and mix well.

    Add 2 tbsp of flour and mix until well combined.

    Grease the molds with margarine and flour as shown in the video.

    Pour the batter into the prepared ramekins.

    Bake in the oven at the highest temperature for 10-15 minutes.

    Serve warm with caramel sauce, almonds, and ice cream.
