Ingredients

- 2Psc.Chopped Onion
- 3ClovesMinced garlic
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Mashed ginger
- 0.25CupChopped dill
- 0.25PinchMinced Coriander
- 1Grams (g) Hot chilli
- 1Psc.Bell Peppers
- 1Psc.Chicken stock
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Turmeric
- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Cumin
- 0.5To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5PinchSalt
- 3CanTuna
- 4CupRice
- 1CupOil
- 1Grams (g) Butter

Heat the ghee in a pot, then add the chopped onions and sauté until softened.

Add the garlic, ginger and stir well

Add dill, and cilantro, then stir well

Grill the peppers and then grind them finely

Add the hot chili peppers and mashed roasted bell pepper, then mix.

Add the chicken bouillon cube, turmeric, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt, then stir well.

Add the sliced and rinsed tuna, then sauté for a few minutes until well combined.

Cook the rice until it is half done.

In a maqluba (upside-down) pot, spread some oil and turmeric, then layer with rice, followed by the tuna mixture, then another layer of rice. Finally, distribute the butter on top.

Cover the pot and let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes.

Flip the pot onto a serving dish and serve hot.
