  • 500Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 2BunchParsley
  • 2Psc.Chicken stock
  • 0.5Cupwater

Steps

    We place the chicken strips in a bowl, then add the spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika).

    In a pan over heat, we add the butter, then add the chicken pieces and don't stir until they turn golden on one side. Then, we flip them to the other side and let the chicken cook through.

    In another pan, melt the butter, then add the sliced onion, garlic, and sliced mushrooms, and sauté until they soften. Next, add two cubes of chicken broth, salt, pepper, and mustard. Then, add boiling water and cream, and stir well.

    We wait until the mixture boils, then we add the chicken pieces and let them cook for five minutes. Before turning off the heat, we add the chopped parsley. Serve with rice, and enjoy!
