  • 3CupYogurt

    We place the full-fat milk in a pot over medium heat until it boils.

    We pour the boiled milk into the clay pot.

    We take a small amount of the hot milk and mix it with the yogurt in a small bowl, stirring well.

    When the milk becomes warm (enough that you can place your finger in and count to ten without burning), we add the yogurt mixture from the side and stir gently.

    We cover the pot well and place it in a warm spot for 8 hours.

    After that, we place the pot in the refrigerator to cool and set.

    The next day, the yogurt is ready to serve.
